Description:
We will head to the slopes of the most active volcano in Costa Rica, Rincón de la Vieja, about 2 hours away from most resorts. A scenic route will take us to the adventure center, where you can access a locker, bathroom, and changing rooms.
The staff will share safety tips before you take on the nine cable zip line, plus ten platforms. But if you feel more like hiking and appreciating wildlife at the foot of the volcano, we recommend the eight hanging bridges.
The next activity is super refreshing — a quarter of a mile water slide above the forest. Then, you will enjoy a buffet lunch to regain your energy and continue on your adventure of horseback riding in the middle of the forest, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes.
An exotic waterfall awaits you a short walk away at the Eco Spa. You can open your pores in the natural sauna, exfoliate with volcanic mud, and enjoy five pools of natural hot spring water for some well-earned relaxation.
