Palo Verde National Park

Description:
A 1.5 hour trip from Tamarindo and Flamingo Beach on comfortable transportation , the tour will travel through authentic villages and plantations of sugar cane, melon, cashew. and watermelon until reaching the picturesque village of Bolsón . You will see the Tempisque River, the longest river in Guanacaste, as well as the one with the largest water flow. There you will take a 2-hour boat safari where you better have your cameras ready to get the best pictures of some wild animals, such as the howler monkeys ,the spider monkeys, the capuchin monkeys , American crocodiles , fishing, and migratory birds. After the boat safari, an typical Costa Rican lunch awaits you followed by a demonstration of how the Chorotega native people manually crafted pottery. All of the above in the company of a local expert guide.
