Approximately 1 hour and 45 min from Flamingo Beach, Tamarindo Beach and the Papagayo area; Hacienda Guachipelin awaits us with the Rincón de la Vieja Volcano (active).

In our Canopy, you will be able to fly among the trees, climb, swing like Tarzan and cross hanging bridges over the narrow river canyon.

Following the canopy experiences, you will continue to enjoy the non-stop fun adventure where you will bounce and splash along 5 kms (approximately 3 miles) of class 2 and 3 rapids in this beautiful crystal-clear-water river. There are plenty of pools with calm waters along the way to appreciate the natural beauty of the landscape.

 Your adrenaline will be pumping with exciting rappels in majestic waterfalls, ending with a dip and a refreshing swim.

Then it’s time to taste Costa Rican food with a luscious buffet lunch, natural drinks, dessert, and coffee.

Enjoy a horseback ride with our ranch horses and hike beautiful trails through the transitional forest, to arrive in our spa with volcanic mud and 9 pools of natural thermal water coming from the veins of the largest volcano in Guanacaste, Rincón de la Vieja.
